Chris grew up in Doncaster where he developed an early interest in music as his Dad is a local music teacher. He started playing the organ at the age of seven, then moved on to the piano.
Chris graduated from Leeds College of Music in 1995 with a Graduate Diploma in Jazz and Contemporary Music.
After working in several function bands and doing three summer seasons Chris joined Complete Madness, and has been performing all over the country with them for the last eight years.
